If I can do it, so can you! I started off slow with a couple of days just walking, watching what I was eating, especially cutting down on those late night snacks. And I really just started to take my health and fitness more seriously. Even today, it is a challenge for me. But challenges will always occurs when you are trying to anything good to improve yourself, but in the long run it will be well worth it, I promise.
