IMPROVING YOUR HEALTH AND FITNESS. If you are really serious about changing your unhealthy lifestyle, it can be done. The key is that you really want to make the change. There must be a sincere effort on your part, it will require a commitment from you. Many people have great intentions in the beginning, but consistency is our downfall. And that is when you need your best effort to complete your task. It will not be easy in the beginning but anything worth doing, is worth your best effort. And that will be good for us in the long run. So, put on your big boy or big girl pants and get going. It is all about being your best self through your best efforts to succeed. I was in the same boat a few years ago. Lacking the energy and determination to do something to improve my unhealthy lifestyle. My wakeup call came when I ended up in the hospital and still don’t remember to this day how I got there. I knew then it was time to get busy improving my health and fitness.

Now, I eat much better, get more sleep and have a weekly routine exercise program consisting of walking and using my elliptical training machine. I had a tread mill, but I worked it to death.
